User instructions:

When you are viewing the Union calendar, by default you will see the current month in the center as well as the previous and next months at the top.
You can get more detailed information about the Union event, if there is more detail, by clicking on the event itself, shown below.

 

While viewing the Union calendar, if you want to switch to a different month, you can click on the box near the bottom left side and choose which month you would like to switch to, shown below.

To add in your own Union event for others see you need to click on the plus sign in the top right hand corner of the date that the event is on, pictured below.

You will then see a screen that allows you to input the description and date of the event/s. When you are all done entering your information you have to click the save button near the bottom on the left, shown below.
